MoTap End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: June 26, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”, “you”) and [Your Company Name] (“MoTap”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the MoTap mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Use the MoTap App for personal, non-commercial use only

  • Install and use the App on devices that you own or control

You may not sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or modify the App.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the App—including but not limited to its design, code, artwork, and branding—belong to [Your Company Name] or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the App or its contents.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of any videos, images, overlays, stickers, or text you create using MoTap. MoTap does not store your media on external servers. You are solely responsible for any content you produce or share using the App.

You agree that your content will not:

  • Violate laws or the rights of others

  • Contain abusive, harmful, or illegal material

  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other protected works

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Bypass any access restrictions or manipulate invite/credit systems

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party policies (e.g., Instagram’s Terms of Use)

5. App Store Terms Apply

This Agreement supplements and incorporates the terms of service of:

  • Apple App Store (if downloaded on iOS): You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the App or its content.

  • Google Play Store (if downloaded on Android): You agree to comply with Google’s policies regarding user conduct, content, and app functionality.

You acknowledge that:

  • Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

  • Your use of MoTap must also comply with their respective App Store policies.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or us. We reserve the right to revoke your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Upon termination:

  • You must delete the App from your devices.

  • This Agreement will no longer apply, but sections concerning ownership, limitations, and legal jurisdiction will survive.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

You use MoTap at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Data loss, content issues, or platform takedowns resulting from your use of the App

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Your continued use of MoTap after any updates means you agree to the revised terms.
